In 2023 JMW identified motoring offences as a growth area for the business. 

Having invested in the team, JMW required I-COM to focus on establishing a strong digital presence to build marketing activities on and ultimately drive qualified enquiries to the website. 

Much of the existing content on-site required updating and expanding to make it more discoverable, engaging and focused.  

The Approach

I-COM (following the PAE framework) advised an SEO-First strategy for 2023/24, establishing a digital presence through E.E.A.T. principles and creating relevant content to support website enquiries. I-COM reworked and created a number of services pages, prioritising by opportunity:

JMW's motoring law department has increased in leads by 72.05% year-on-year, to 277. 

On the key service pages prioritised (mentioned above), we can directly attribute increased leads to SEO improvements: 

  1. An increase of 93.% in organic traffic, & 329% in conversions.
  2. An increase of 38%, in organic traffic  & 132% in conversions.
  3. An increase in organic traffic by 125%, & 567% in conversions.
