The specialist medical negligence solicitors at JMW are experienced in helping people successfully make compensation claims. It is an important area for JMW, but also for people who feel they may be entitled to a claim.

Search engine marketing is a significant source of traffic and leads in this space. It’s also highly competitive as it is predominantly for people who are aware they have a potential claim. 

How does JMW reach clients who have a legitimate claim, but not necessarily aware they do and certainly not yet searching for legal advice?

The Approach

There are huge numbers of potential claimants on social media. They are hard to reach and there are no advertising audiences segments available - content and embracing social media algorithms is key. 

Over the last 12 months, I-COM has focussed on 2 key platforms for Medical Negligence and a detailed ‘trigger’ calendar & content strategy: Facebook & X (formally Twitter). 

With the budget and time allocated, the strategic decision to focus on Facebook & X was based on audience insights and competitor analysis, as well as separate strategies for Insta & Linkedin.

The Results

Clinical Negligence Social Media

Organic social sessions increased by 82% YoY (July 24 vs July 23) delivering a 73%  increase in organic social users and 173% increase in key events.

One X (formally Twitter) post generated ~7,000 views 

A Meta paid campaign for Cauda Equina delivered 2.2m impressions and 11,861 landing page views. 

Between Oct 23 & Feb 24, a combined social strategy delivered 14 more cases than in the same period last year - attributed to social.
