Clough & Willis needed to modernise their brand & website. The site itself had accrued content which had caused the navigation to become unwieldy from a UX perspective.

In addition, many of the older pages were under-performing, which had led to declining search visibility.

All of which had led to a decline in national and local leads - in an increasingly competitive market.

The Approach

Our web design and development team completely rethought the whole site, bringing it up to date, and re-platforming with a fully responsive design creating improved user engagement.

The digital marketing team reviewed all the site content, using Google Analytics data and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, to provide data for the new navigation.

I-COM refreshed old pages, removed stale content and added new content where necessary in order to ensure that the site met the needs of their target audience.
