The fundamental objective for AST is to drive a steady flow of qualified leads through website visits and to project the values, principles and opinions of legitimate Landlords across relevant publishers and portals.
The Approach

I-COM built the AST website (on Concrete) and developed their digital branding to ensure their presence could support growth. Since 2022, I-COM focused on Awareness activities (SEO, Content and PR) to create a steady stream of qualified website enquiries and establish AST as a source of authority.
I-COM created on-site content which ranked and a source of authority, driving significant SERP visibility. Alongside this, I-COM created content enabling AST to engage with Journalists and publishers, assisting lead generation, but importantly provided opportunities to shape the national debate on housing.
