What's the Day Job?

My role is focused on building relationships, retaining and growing I-COM’s clients. I manage my own portfolio of clients and also work closely with the client services team to ensure we’re getting the best results for all our clients.

I’m naturally a highly motivated person - I’m a bit of a perfectionist (!) so I do have very high standards. This really helps me ensure that we’re getting the best for our clients at every opportunity. I’m a commercial thinker and very results focused; achieving great results for clients motivates me massively. I genuinely care about my clients and feel very lucky that I get to spend so much time with hard-working, successful, fun and kind-hearted people.  

Life Before I-COM

After graduating with a first class honours degree in business and psychology, my first role was as a PR executive in an integrated communications agency in the Midlands. I built strong relationships with clients so when there was an opportunity to move to an Account Manager role, I jumped at the chance.

I’ve not looked back since then and have worked agency side in account management/client services ever since! I’ve worked with a range of B2B and B2C clients across a variety of sectors so I have a strong breadth of experience to draw from.

When I'm Not at Work

I’m originally from Staffordshire (home of the oatcake!) and I’m a proud season ticket holder at Stoke City Football Club. I love any sport, playing and watching, Sky Sports News is the go to in our household.

Outside of work I love to spend my time with my family. I often get told I speak too quickly and I probably do (!) but it’s because I’m passionate and my mind runs at a million miles an hour so I have a lot I need to get out!
