  • What’s the day job?

As a Client Services Manager, I serve as the voice of the client within I-COM and the voice of I-COM to our clients. My role involves effectively managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring that our marketing campaigns and strategies align with their business goals and objectives.

What I enjoy most about my role is the chance to work across a diverse range of industries, from clients offering portable accommodation and facilities at major festivals, to national law firms and solicitors.

Though I'm relatively new to the team, I'm excited about the opportunity to collaborate with some of the prominent brands that have chosen I-COM for their digital marketing services!

  • How many years of professional experience do you have?

Although I’m very early in my career, I do have 2 years of digital marketing experience (and counting).

  • What are your areas of expertise or specialised knowledge?

I’d consider my area of expertise to be in SEO. Coming from an SEO background, I’m very familiar with SEO best practices and how to improve a site's organic visibility.

  • Do you have any certifications or additional training related to your field?

Google Ads Certified 

CIM Certified

Bachelor's Degree In Marketing - First Class Honours

  • What are your interests or hobbies outside of work?

Outside of work, I love to be out and about doing all sorts. I’m always either in the gym, on a run or in a beer garden.

I also love to spend as much time as possible with my family and friends!
